Please join us in congratulating our Superintendent, Dr. Caterria Payton, on her graduation from the Inaugural Mississippi Superintendent Institute (MSI)! 

The MSI is a prestigious, intensive professional development program designed to elevate educational leadership across the state. A collaboration between the Mississippi Department of Education (MDE) and the National Center on Education and the Economy (NCEE), to train new and career school superintendents across the state. It focuses on building strong, student-centered school systems and offers tailored leadership training over several months.

We are incredibly proud to have a leader who invests so deeply in herself so that she can better invest in our students, teachers, and staff.
