Dear Families,

  Welcome to our 2021-2022 school year! My name is Brittlyn Carzoli and I will be your child’s kindergarten teacher this year. This is my 9th year teaching and kindergarten is my passion! I am so excited about teaching your child this year – kindergarten is going to be SO much fun!

  To start off, I would like to tell you a little about myself professionally and personally. I come from a family of educators - from teachers and principals to superintendents; it is a family tradition! I am a graduate of Ocean Springs (2008) and Southern Miss (2012). I’ve taught 1st and 2nd grade at St. Alphonsus Catholic School and also 3rd grade at Gautier Elementary where I was teacher of the year for the 2016-2017 school year. When I am not teaching or in my classroom, I enjoy cooking, traveling (I would TOTALLY live at Disney World if I could!), weekend trips to watch the Saints & Pelicans play, and serving my community through different organizations on the Gulf Coast. My husband is a RN and works at the Biloxi VA. We have two beautiful children, Brooks (7) and Callen (2) who keep us busy and our hearts full.

  I would like to work closely with you this year, and I believe that frequent communication is vital.
